When you purchase a gift card product:

The gift card email (with the code) is automatically sent to the customer who purchases it.

V2 don't include fields for “Recipient Name”, “Recipient Email”, or a message in the checkout, for compliance reasons and to ensure that the person purchasing the gift Card is over 18.

The purchaser has to forward the email or share the code with the intended recipient for them to purchase on the V2 International website. If the recipient is a new customer, they will be required to include their contact details, delivery address and confirm that they are 18 years old and above when using the gift card to purchase.

- V2 Gift Vouchers can be used online at www.v2cigs.uk.com to purchase products.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years (730 days) from the date of purchase. After this, any unused balance will expire.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- To redeem, simply enter or paste your Gift Card Code in the gift card or discount code field at checkout on www.v2cigs.uk.com. If your order exceeds the voucher value, you will need to pay the remaining balance by another payment method.
- Gift Certificate Remaining Balance can be viewed by clicking “View Gift Card” in their email anytime to check the updated balance.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
